Floor Plans

These are the floor plans from the original builder. We did make a few changes during the building process are they are noted below.

First Floor


The following changes were made:
- The opening from the Entryway to the Living Room was widened.
- Double doors instead of a single door were substituted for the front door.
- The Kitchen cabinet and island configuration are different than noted on the floor plan.
- There is no door from Breakfast to the outside. That door was moved to the angled outside wall of the Family Room (closest to Breakfast area).
- There is no door from the Family Room hallway into the Study/Guest Room bath. That door was removed completely.

Second Floor


The following changes were made:
- The Laundry Room configuration is different than noted on the floor plan.
- The Master Bathroom shower was enlarged and is not indicated on the floor plan.
- The two-story Family Room was closed off in order to accomodate a raised bonus room between the Retreat and Bedroom 2.
